  1. The Perception website is provided as a free service for any consumer to view and use.
  2. Use of it is entirely at the user's discretion and Perception do not give any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness and/or reliability of any content of the website.
  3. Perception does not necessarily have a relationship, commercial or otherwise, with sites which are linked to from Perception.
  4. It is the users responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information obtained from Perception before relying on it.
  5. In no circumstances shall Perception or any of its employees be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any use of the Perception website.
  6. Perception reserve the right to alter any information on this website at any time.

All Perception Competitions are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which you are deemed to accept by entering a Promotion.

Competition/Promotional Terms & Conditions

  1. This Promotion is open to UK residents only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Gaybo Ltd (trading as Perception Kayaks), their agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion. Entrants who are under eighteen must seek their parent or guardian’s permission before entering this Promotion. The Promoter has the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
  2. No purchase is necessary for any Promotion although internet access may be required.
  3. Any Information specific to a Competition or Promotion is displayed with that Competition or Promotion and together with these Terms & Conditions, make up the Rules for that specific Competition or Promotion. In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Competition/Promotion information, the Competition/Promotion specific information shall prevail.
  4. To enter you must e-mail competition@perception.co.uk and you must provide your name, address and telephone number.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Entries that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent or received due to technical errors, or for any other reason beyond its control.
  6. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  7. Winners will be notified by email no later than 28 days after the closing date.
  8. If these Terms & Conditions are deemed to have been broken by any person, they will be disqualified. If a Winner is disqualified the Promoter will reallocate any prizes randomly.
  9. The Promoter recognises that canoeing is a potentially dangerous activity which carries a risk of personal injury or death. Winners must be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement. By entering a Competition you confirm that you are aware of this and accept the risks associated.
  10. No cash or alternatives will be offered for the prizes in whole or part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
  11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity associated with the competition.
  12. Collection of personally identifiable information is subject to the Privacy Statement at www.perception.co.uk/privacy.php
  13. If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable in law, then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in force.
  14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Gaybo Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions without any notice whenever they see fit to do so. Any part of these Terms may be deleted, added to or amended and further Conditions may be added.
  16. The promoter is Gaybo Limited, Bellbrook Business Park, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QQ. The promoter may be contacted for names of winners.
